Pros:
Nice people living in the building, no pets, kept extremely clean and well maintained. Excellent location.
Cons:
Noise from outside can be excessive, even at night. There is a deli across the street where teens gather to play loud music from their cars (all hours). Small living space, not allowing for comfortable working from home.
