Pros:
Great location, large rooms.
Cons:
Water damage that the owners do not fix, they put a bandaid over the issue and do not resolve the source and there's mold behind the walls that are leaking. You can hear rubble fall down the wall and the ceilings have cracks in them that they paint over.

Rent stabilized Laundry in building Quiet (besides neighbors - can be luck of the draw who's above you)
Cons:
It actually gets too hot from the heat during the winter Pest control only comes the 1st Saturday of the month now, and I'm usually not home on Saturdays

Pros:
Great rent-stabilized building. The former super moved out so I'm not sure what it's like now, but it was great for a decade. Arched doorways, antique doorknobs, and neighbors who mind their business. I loved living there.
Cons:
The noise from 34th Avenue got to be overwhelming during Covid
