    Great neighborhood, not so great building

    Pros:
    close to transportation, great restaurants and shops. small building, nice neighbors. great heating and water pressure.
    Cons:
    Unreliable and abrasive super. Apartment was the filthiest I’ve ever seen, paint and floor was uneven and cracking, stained tiles, broken wood panels and holes in every corner, nails sticking out of floor. Very outdated building in general: intercom and appliances. Severe lack of professionalism and boundaries with landlord.
    Advice to owner:
    Be respectful to tenants and maintain professionalism. Update unit for every new tenant. Employ available super.
