The super is garbage

Pros:
The building looks nice from the outside, and the neighborhood is nice and friendly.
Cons:
The super is paranoid, the son of the super is a violent drunk with multiple DUI and brags about it, he's a compulsive lier and a stalker, he tries sleeping with the female tenants for cheaper rent, he attacks make tents thinking they're all flirting with his mother, he acts like a gangster and thinks he's a threat and tough but is actually just a loudmouth idiot. The apartments are hardly renovated probably because the drunk son doesn't want to do work, he'll give good apartments to cute girls he wants to have sex with, he also makes friends to tenants and others offering other tenants up for sex in secret. All this and it's overpriced as well.
Advice to owner:
Ger a new super and watch out for some tenants who make friends with your super and stalk and harass others on the block for the supers son. The super tells people he's the owner and abuses authority. Start fixing the building up as well and apologize to the tenants that have been harassed and abused by your supers son. He openly admits to multiple duis, stalking, drinking at the bar across the street, and other things. Pay attention to him he's a problem in Astoria and no one likes him except the people who get favors from him. Steve is problematic to say the least.
