Will be amazing in 10 years
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is beautiful. The units are well done and the people who manage the building daily do a great job.
Cons:
The outside of the apartment is very loud and feels unsafe at times. There’s nothing to do around the apartment. Not ideal for young people who want to be out in New York. In 10 years when businesses, bars, restaurants start showing up it’ll be amazing but I’m sure way too expensive.

Run - Management is horrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenities are a nice addition and the super is VERY nice. They also allow dogs which is nice - that's pretty much it.
Cons:
We moved in as soon as the building opened and have done a year and a half lease with them. The first few months went well but it quickly went downhill. People who have moved in within the past year are HORRIBLE. They treat the building like crap (garbage thrown about in the halls, etc), smoking in the building constantly, and are loud late at night. There is also what seems to be a lot of domestic violence occurring in the building. On top of that MANY of our packages have been stolen as well as our bikes (which were very expensive bikes). Building management has not taken any responsibility for the stolen items, even though for the bikes they provided no way to lock up our bikes and no sign saying they weren't responsible until after we told them the bikes were stolen. The front door always seems to break as well. The laundry facility is always gross and half of them were broken for months. People in the building also like to take their dogs to go to the bathroom either on the roof or the 3rd floor outdoor area rather than taking them to the front of the building. The rooftop and additional amenities aren't worth it - don't do it!
Advice to owner:
Take responsibility for what happens inside your building.
