Unresponsive Landlord, Indifferent Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, convenient to train at 30th Ave,
Cons:
Apartment units in various states of disrepair, including falling plaster, large cracks in wood floors, faulty plumbing, and windows that are damaged or won’t close properly. Super says he can’t do anything without permission from the landlord; landlord is unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the apartment units!
