Nice building & no complaints

Pros:
Very clean and quiet walk up building, close to restaurants and the N/W train
Cons:
Lived here a few years and sometimes in the winter the water in the shower would take a few minutes to heat up, nothing too bad though

Building is well maintained and super is very responsive. Good location in Astoria close to the train.
Cons:
Neighbors footsteps can be heard.
