Incredible Deal, Y'all

Pros:
High ceilings, wall molding, quiet building and neighborhood, packages never stolen, big kitchen separate from living room, always a great temperature, can't find a better deal with a better location to Midtown
Cons:
Dirty and worn when we moved in, two doors don't close, landlord painted the walls different shades of yellow without telling us before move-in (including bathroom tiles and splatter on the windows?), moldy shower and toilet, shower head placement in the middle of the tub
Advice to owner:
Fix the shower head to face the long side of the tub, paint with the same color and don't paint the apartment before move-in without asking the new tenants that signed the lease first, and make sure the apartment is clean for move-in
