Horrible Management!!!!! Don't believe anything they tell you!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building super very nice, responsive.
Cons:
Management absolutely doesn't respond to any serious and dangerous situations (leaking water in bedroom, mold, front doors that can not close properly) , on top of that they send threatening massages , they won't renew the lease if you call 911 or withhold the rent for inhabitable unit. Absolute horrible management!!!!!
Advice to owner:
I hope you'll understand that you are breaking the law and you will have serious consequences.
