Pros:
Cute fish mural. Good neighborhood.
Cons:
Management only responds when you get your lawyers involved. Heat? Water? Pests? Electrical Issues? Leaks? My lord they suck. Taking advantage of immigrants who don't know tenants' rights.
Advice to owner:
Sell to someone who gives a crap about human lives
