Not a bad place to live, super is nice, maintained well
Former Tenant
Pros:
- No rodents inside building, a few roaches but that's a given - No bed bugs - Kind super - Kind building staff, trash room is well kept, most neighbors are nice and respectable - Never had issues with crazy unexpected bills
Cons:
- Property management seems absent and distant - Tenants often spill things in the lobby and dont clean after themselves, leading to a smelly lobby - Certain issues are handled with bandaids rather than lasting solutions causing it to happen over and over - Too many untrained dogs that pee everywhere and bark all day - Courtyard is very loud as 2 apartments run a daycare, and parents come to pick up their kids and let them run around/scream/cry while they chat. These people and their kids do not live here so it's pretty annoying to deal with. The daycare owners should tell their clients not to loiter in the courtyard.

Clean and nice building. Great location.
Cons:
The restaurant on the corner is a little loud in the summer.

Maybe be a little more responsive to tenets.
