Love the location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, super close to m/r trains with n/w trains also accessible - convenient for when one station is having delays or interruptions to have an alternative option. Cafes, shopping, restaurants, & night life.
Cons:
Cleanliness and noise
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive

Good Location, Poor Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved the location and size of the apartment! Just a short walk away from trains, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.
Cons:
Everything else: There were some issues with things like water, pests, and even sewage. Getting in touch with the landlord was difficult and even after getting in touch, a lot of our concerns were dismissed
Advice to owner:
It would be nice to have a dedicated superintendent and/or someone else to contact for immediate concerns

Not bad, not great, just good enough
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close proximity to subway: Under 5 minute walk to (M, R, E) & under 10 min walk to (N, W). Great to have options of train lines and stations for delays or shut downs. Starbucks on the corner as well as a lot of grocery & dining options nearby. Nice neighbors and community. Spacious, well lit apartment. Decently enjoyed living here.
Cons:
Hallways were not always clean and frequent bug spotting.
Advice to owner:
Monitor hallways more frequently for cleanliness & hole/paint repairs.

i would not live here again. do not rent with them!
Former Tenant
Pros:
location, we are close to many supermarkets and restaurants
Cons:
roaches, poorly maintained building, landlord is unresponsive and rude, no laundry, poor water pressure

the landlord literally hired people to clear his pipe issue and move sewage straight onto the street!! despicable. the entire block was upset it smelled like literal shit in the building for months
Advice to owner:
be more responsive and kind to your tenants. we are your income.
