Good location, big apartments, bad management

Pros:
Location, location, location
Cons:
No trash disposal in the building so you have to leave it on the street only 2 times per week. Intercom to enter the building does not work properly and codes are confusing. A lot of times mail and packages can't be delivered because of that. Patrons from the bar next door smoke infront of the building entrance and leave cigarette butts and bottles. Management very unresponsive, very bad job has been done with renovation. No hot water from time to time. Extremely loud from the traffic.
Advice to owner:
Get it together!
