Apartment was decent but not amazing

Pros:
Great location, management pretty responsive, rent stabilized, beautiful street.
Cons:
Built cheap, walls are thin, windows are drafty, and heat doesn't work well. My apartment had a pipe leak through the ceiling when I was there (however, management did fix the pipe right away).
Advice to owner:
Invest in long term solutions so the property doesn't fall apart so easily.

Slow to fix and built poorly

Pros:
Rent stabilized. Roomy. Updated appliances. Water gets really hot and pressure is fantastic.
Cons:
Lots of leaks and water damage. No ventilation in bathrooms so mold grows. Windows are drafty and walls aren’t insulated. Heat is electric and very poor. You can hear everything above and next door because of how the building is built.
Advice to owner:
Invest in fixing things properly so they don’t break ask the time.
