Cute area, good sized rooms
Serious roach problem. Live-in super refused to address it for almost 3 months and by then we had to leave it was so bad. Also neglected to inform us before moving in that there were lead pipes that they refused to address. Insisted it was a city problem despite then showing us a letter from the city saying it was the responsibility of the owner.
