If you see the names Chris & Tony Antoniades STAY AWAY
Former Tenant
Pros:
The price of the rent is less than $2k and somewhat close to the train.
Cons:
Chris is an addict and has had the police/ ambulance called on him. He brings all kinds of people into the building. His dealers come a few times a week to deliver.

Chris constantly talks about the "fat ass or big titty" girlfriend he has at the time. The walls are so thin that you can hear him from outside talking on the phone.

The garbage stays right in front of the building 24/7.

The apartments are from the 80's.

If you bring anything up to them, like repairs/ issues, Tony will always say "what do you want me to do about it".

The buildings are decorated with weird art.

They are pretty unresponsive if you call or text.

They are hungry for the rent check on the 1st. They will call you and ring your doorbell even though the lease says you have a few days before you're technically delinquent.

Mail gets stolen ALL THE TIME. Tony has told me it's not his problem to secure the building and the mail.

They are not covid safe. I've heard them tell other tenants that covid is fake. Regardless of their personal views they should be more self-aware.

Not all windows have locks on them. They said they would fix that but still haven't.

They only accept cash, cashiers check for rent. I had to convince them to take regular checks. They don't do anything electronic AT ALL because of their "accountant".
Advice to owner:
Don't let Chris run the building at all. So the dealers and addicts stop coming through the buildings.

Stop complaining about how things are not your problem.

Get into 2022 with how you run things with your trust.
