Pros:
Great super in building, good community. Many long term residents - very friendly. Quiet building, very clean, no bugs. Monthly building wide pest control/preventative exterminator visit. Landlord truly cares and is very nice - one of the few NYC landlords that I can actually say acts in good faith and cares about the building and the people who live there.
Cons:
None - really can’t think of anything.
Advice to owner:
None. Just needed to relocate for work. Sad to leave.

Pros:
The landlord and the super in this building are the best I have ever had. The apartments are rent stabilized and even before the lockdown, my landlord gave me a discount because he is the nicest guy ever. He always does the work himself with his employees and they love him. They do actual real renovations on the apartments, not the shady ones that are in civilized buildings usually do. My apartment has two beautiful ceiling fans, wood floors, nice tile in the kitchen. Anyone who gets an apartment in this building is lucky!
Cons:
There is nothing that I do not like about this building!
Advice to owner:
I do not have any advice for the property owner, I would like him to give advice to me about how to be an excellent person because he is!
