Pros:
New construction, update units with all stainless steel appliances, hardwoods floors throughout, nice neutral colors, big windows, central A/C.
Cons:
Not enough space in closets, no elevator, only recycling bins in building- must remove and dispose of your own trash, no laundry in units or building, no live in super, bldg management complacent when seeking answers
Advice to owner:
Be more on top of resident requests for information or assistance. When posting a listing, put actual pictures of unit not just ones saved in a file.
