Good starter place for recent college grads, not so hot for anyone else

Pros:
No bugs, no mice, great location (around the corner from 30th ave), nice and fairly responsive landlord.
Cons:
Loud but that should be expected because of the neighborhood. Expect UPS/fedex to ring your doorbell multiple times a day because we are in a package/online shopping WORLD and there are only three apartments in this building, and the neighbors are never home to receive their packages. Ended up having to put up a sign to stop this.

Landlord will up the rent immensely after the first year.

landlord sucked place was ok

Pros:
no mice! decent appliances!
Cons:
landlord tried to move someone in before we moved out, and also (illegally) tried to keep security deposit + made up many lies in order to do so. also it was really, really loud.
Advice to owner:
stop lying & stealing from your tenants
