Great Area to Live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love the safety of the building. We have a virtual doorman and an app that can be used so you're able to let delivery drivers in from anywhere!
Cons:
Thin walls, ceilings, etc. I often am able to har my neighbor's full conversations. I've spoken to a few of them regarding late night sounds but that's not a review of the owner.
