Not perfect but still really good!

Pros:
The location is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet. For the most part the apartments are quiet and the landlord/super are really quick to get problems fixed.
Cons:
There is a good amount of noise bleed from upstairs neighbors. No amenities either.
Advice to owner:
Would be super great to have a washer/drier in the basement.
