Good older building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building has high ceilings and large windows. Pest control comes every month.
Cons:
On a quiet street except for the nightclub around the corner that plays music too loud. Stairwell is a bit rundown. Took months to get our security deposit back because the landlord basically ignored us.
