    Good area not good apt

    Pros:
    It’s close to the r train lots of shop cvs at the corner
    Cons:
    No hear during winter even when it got fixed barely blew
    Water is switched in bathroom hot is cold cold is hot
    When it’s windy outside you feel the building shake
    Super constantly harasses even in you are not the problem if you’re home he will ring the bell over and over until any tenant responds then yells
    Advice to owner:
    Fix heat and water
    Also rent should be a little lower
