Slumlord who ignores issues. Unsafe living conditions.

Pros:
I liked the area (except the hooka lounge next door that was loud all hours into the night)
Cons:
The breaker was behind a locked door in the basement and the wiring hasn't been updated in over 50 years. The amperage is not sufficient to run a refrigerator and an A/C unit at the same time. The whole apt (kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms) is on one circuit. The stove didn't work the entire 2 years I was there and we had to use duct tape to fix the tiles falling off the bathroom wall un the shower, until that became unusable too because the bathroom sink backed up into the tub.
