Building violations, assaults and forced entry, and pest infestation!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has four walls. And rooftop access. That's it.
Cons:
The door locks are out of date and there has been a break in and assault. After which the landlord refused to update the locks. The apartments have holes in the walls which as you can guess are infested with roaches. The holes are because the super starts projects and doesn't finish them. The water pressure ranges between low flow and dripping. The heaters in the winter are a joke you need a space heater. Save yourself and your money it is not worth it!
Advice to owner:
Bring the building up to code! Update the doors and seal the (vacated projects) holes in the walls and hire an exterminator!!
