Noise problems

Pros:
In hindsight, not too many
Cons:
Every morning for almost a year at 8am 9am the garbage is cleared out, 4 men are talking as loud as they can to each other and their is a constant sound of bottle clattering off each other, 100’s of bottles a day
Advice to owner:
He was a nice guy, the courtyard where the garbage is just outrageously noisy
