Affordable family owned building in Astoria
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good heat and water pressure Lots of Natural light (orientation) Very close to supermarkets and laundromats, close to Steinway (but far enough to avoid noise from restaurants) Quick to make small repairs Super in building
Cons:
Some noise from cars at night (drawback from being in a corner) Some cockroaches and silverfish
Advice to owner:
More regular cleaning of common spaces and exterminator services
