She’s Cute or Whatever!

Pros:
Overall, the building is great! Noise levels are to a minimum and everyone here is kind. Large apartments and the landlord is attentive when available.
Cons:
Heat/ Water Pressure could be better. Updates would be appreciated for an older building that could use the updates.

Pros:
The people is very nice and everyone is able to support each other! The kindness never lacks on this building
Cons:
No security cameras (broken several months)
Packages being stolen. More than 5 apartments have lost packages in the last year
No superintendent
Homeless people have entered to the building before
Advice to owner:
Please be aware of people necessities. Everyone pays for a rent and people don’t feel safe

Old yet charming

Pros:
Landlords are very responsive. Bike storage in back enclosed alley space. Bright, spacious and large prewar rooms.
Cons:
Outside: Near Steinway street so 41st street gets all the weekend residual trash from all the lounges/bars nearby.

Inside: Hallway lights are timed and are usually off during late hours or very early mornings. Should be on 24hrs or use activated sensors. Very hard to see in the dark and doesn’t feel safe at times.
Advice to owner:
Install better cameras. Clean Lobby frequently. Fix the hallway lights.
