Pros:
Super Dina is really nice and building has good water and that’s about it
Cons:
Landlord Weiss doesn’t respond quickly or solve any problems tenant have, they’re very cheap and don’t want to fix anything even after persistently asking to fix broken parts in the apt. Outdated appliances, He’s very rude to immigrants and only will respond to getting the rent but doesn’t care about fixing the Apt. hallways, the main door lock doesn’t work properly,
Advice to owner:
Plz fix the lock on the main door, up date your apt appliances, and clean up the hallways and plz respond accordingly when tenants reach out for help

Horrible owners - the cheapest owners ever. Profit over safety.

Pros:
Lol. The Pro is for the owners, they rent to “non english speaking” tenants so they wont bother them with literally everything breaking in the apartment.
Cons:
Heating never works. Owners incredibly cheap. They will let you suffer and be injured than actually fix whats wrong. They send everything to a super, and then call you after days during work hours.
Advice to owner:
Stop being so cheap. Your building is breaking down. Also on a discovery call, maybe not say “ you dont sound American”
