Noise, clean, neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is amazing, location is good.
Cons:
Bed bugs in the other wing of the building.
Noisy neighbors above with kids who didn’t want to put carpets to tune down noise.
Not cleaning building very often.
Not willing to put price down due to Covid-19.
Advice to owner:
Better to have full building then 50% occupancy.
