Mostly Good but has its cons

Pros:
Waters always hot, heat works well, Paul has always been there for me when I need
Cons:
So loud. The building has the strangest acoustics. I can hear my neighbor yawn in the morning, kids constantly crying and wining, people coughing, running sinks. Also there is a yappy dog that lives on the property next door. Like I’ve never hated a dog in my life, but this one changes that. When I first moved in I thought the dog was getting attacked by a raccoon or something but it’s just his regular bark - and it’s ALL DAY long. I work from home and have to toggle muting myself during meetings to avoid the background noise.
Advice to owner:
My experience with the property owner has been great, there is nothing they can really do about the noise.
