Decent living experience

Pros:
The building size is nice, apartment layouts are good for entertaining, entry into the building is easy, the location is quiet for the most part.
Cons:
The landlords are very concerned with money. They didn’t want to fix things in the apartment because they were more concerned about how much it cost them then the comfortability of their renters. The windows in the building are terrible. When somethings broken, it takes forever for them to get someone to fix it and when they do the person does a half job or just does a Band-Aid job. It’s very loud when cars pass by, you hear everything. 
Advice to owner:
Worry about your tenants and not yourselves. Renting is a money making business however you’re dealing with people not cog‘s in a machine.
