Great place to live to get by

Pros:
Great neighbors, great handymen, convenient location
Cons:
Lobby always dirty, packages constantly being stolen, lack of response from management, lack of updating appliances and fixing small issues like cracks, leaks, broken doorknobs, etc.

Landlord responsive, no problem with pests- they spray every month too.
Cons:
No building cleaning
Advice to owner:
Monthly / weekly building cleaning would be a plus
