Pros:
The super was absolutely amazing/responsive. Fixtures were nice. Parking not terrible
Cons:
The management team is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Multiple emails and follow-ups for maintenance requests. Only when a request affected them or the desirability of the building (when we had a sewage line crack and seep into our bathroom) were they responsive and at times aggressive. Signed a lease with the management company aware we had no working buzzer but was not disclosed to us. Literally the weekend I moved out (only one year) they installed a virtual doorman (which I had recommended to them 6 months prior). Grew up in NYC my whole life and my father is a super so I know a thing or two. Roof door has no lock, slams constantly on windy nights. Our windows didn’t lock especially on the fire escape. 25th ave is very noisy at night. Rent discrepancy between same exact apartment on different floors and again ZERO communication from management.
Advice to owner:
hire property managers with actual experience

Pros:
Literally nothing. This place is awful.
Cons:
Roaches, rats, heat and hot water issues, windows broken, fire escape isn't in great shape. Oh did I mention the fact that management doesn't respond to any emails or fixes anything? Packages get stolen all the time, the door is often broken. Don't forget about the ROACHES!
