Just don't live here

Pros:
- quiet - good neighbors - close to subway
Cons:
- landlord blames you for everything. paint coming off the toilet seat? you're wiping it wrong. gaps in the floor that let pests in? typical building. roaches? its because YOU didn't pick up HIS tree clippings for him.
roaches were constant, from when we moved in to moved out, no matter how clean we kept it. Landlord is too lazy to find an exterminator for you so you have to find one, and he'll only exterminate the unit so they keep coming back (they're in the whole building).
flour beetles, bugs everywhere... just not it.
Advice to owner:
Please stop being a landlord
