Space and new applications
Cons:
Too many to list! The building is never cleaned, ever! There are piles of dog and human hair in the stairwell and hallways. The front entrance and stoop are never shoveled when it snows so you risk slipping and breaking your neck each time you walk outside in icy or snowy weather. There is a rent controlled apartment in the building. The tenant in that apartment is a chain smoker. The entire building including the apartment I lived in reeked of cigarettes and foul odors. The lanlord is hard to reach and unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Give a damn. And clean the building!
