Former Tenant
Pros:
nearby laundromat, groceries

Pre-war, big apartment/rooms
Cons:
Noisy restaurant on 1st floor. At least 1-2 times/month they will blast music until 3AM on a work/school night.

Heater doesn’t work at least 1 time/season due to boiler issue

Outdated kitchen

Doorbell is always broken and will require you to run down to open the door for visitors.

Cigarette butts surround the perimeter of the building bc of patrons on the first floor restaurant

I have a renewed lease for another year but landlord wanted to increase monthly rent half way through the year without checking when I lease ends
