    “BEWARE OF LANDLORD”

    Pros:
    It is a nice apartment to the naked eye. After a couple of months living there you will notice a lot of problems that are not noticeable at first.
    Cons:
    The landlord is horrendous. Will not return security deposit and leave you with empty promises. If there is a problem be prepared to fix it yourself or wait months. You are lucky if you even get a response.
    Advice to owner:
    Maybe care alittle more about other people. I have never dealt with a more self centered person in my life.
