Never returned our security deposit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful, wonderful building, lovely apartment.
Cons:
Owner is very corrupt. We left when our lease was over and he knew we moved to a different country. The apartment was in decent condition, but security deposit was never returned, nor did we receive a list as to what it was used for. He never returned emails and yelled at me and hung up on my phone calls.
