Sweet little spot

Really good landlord, really nice neighbors, easy to access area, almost everything is walking distance

cheap rent, good location
Cons:
Ceiling pieces falling down in entrance hall & in apartments due to leaks, bad insulation (floors freezing in the winter, large drafts through windows), bugs crawl in from basement (roaches, bed bugs came in from neighbors under the wall since connection from wall to floor is not flush), no working smoke detectors in the apartment, you can hear clear conversations from neighbors through thin walls, entrance hall often smells like gas, buzzer does not work/no buzzer system in apartments.

Loved my apt lived there for 5 yrs and owner is very responsive

Pros:
Great location , great clean building and tenants most tenants stay for years. Owner takes care of building very well , never had an issue that wasn’t attended too immediately .
Cons:
Wish it had an elevator .otherwise very happy been renting a lot of apt best one yet sorry had to move back home :(

Did a great job for dealing with a pre war building .
