A perfect two-bedroom off Ditmars
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building was so well maintained, minus a waterbug incident. But even with this, the landlords were quick to respond. Quite frankly, Nanci and her colleagues were the best landlords I’ve had. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, and the building only contains a few units (which means minimal noise and lots of privacy).
Cons:
Pet allowance meant a few neighbors had some really big dogs that were loud. The biggest con is that the building is a bit of a trek to the Subway (12- to 15-minute walk).
