DO NOT RENT from Miriam Tursi

Pros

Nothing, do not move here. Huge electrical fire hazard.

Cons

Do not move to basement apartment, it’s been flooded 3 times not. One of the fires was from the third floor pipe and the water came down from the light on the ceiling. Landlord refuses to get electrician. Ceiling closet next to bathroom is growing black mold from ceiling flood.

Advice to the owners

Get electrician asap and take care of the building that’s why we’re paying rent for
