Bedbugs, mice, roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large rent stabilized units. I would have stayed if not for the pest problems
Cons:
Persistent bed bug problem that returned every year (they came out of the floors). Also many roaches and multiple mice infestations.
Advice to owner:
Fix the pests!

Decent building / apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here for a couple of years, super was excellent and very responsive. Apartments were sizeable and affordable.
Cons:
There was a dangerous neighbor living in the building who consistently made threats and accosted folks around the neighborhood and inside the building

Horrible place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all. Maybe the location near stores
Cons:
Rats, roaches, bed bugs, leaks, electrical problems, horrible appliances
Advice to owner:
Put some money into this building. Answer your tenants request
