Nice building, nice neighbors. Owner is not responsive to messages.

Pros:
-Great location -Clean -Great noise isolation from other neighbors -We had a situation with mice but they were very responsive and the issue was resolved after that.

-Management is not responsive at all.

Nice, responsive maintenance guy and landlord as well as pest control. Not too loud and nice area.

There is a bird that starts making noise at 6am and it’s extremely loud

The building management was great. On-site and easily accessible.

Noisy neighbors. Ended up moving early.

Pros:
Location is prime - building is always super clean - apartments get good light - Jim is super nice
Cons:
No roof deck - package system needs to be improved (they have recently taken steps to do so, so we’ll see how it goes from now on)
