Location, large 1 bedroom

Cons

No sunlight, no view, no ventilation, old building, water has red residue, you're not allowed to play music AT ALL, guests were racially profiled by super, inattentive but they'll enter your apartment unannounced

BE FAIR TO ALL, remodel the apartments
