Its a lemon
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is quiet. Comfortable walk to nice bar or bakery or grocery store. Close to two stations.
Cons:
Roaches and mice problem. No laundry. Hot water in kitchen non existent. Take 10 mins for hot water in shower that has black mold. Paint job is a landlord special. Landlord might be a phone call away but it aint getting fixed that day. Every summer there is a water shutoff as well.
