Great well kept building

Pros:
The building is very well maintained and kept very clean. Every apartment has a balcony. Trash is taken care of, elevator is always working and virtual doorman is great. The landlord is responsive, but sometimes when emailing or calling the main office, it can take a few days to get a response. That being said there is an emergency number if needed. I have only had to contact them on a rare occasion in the last eight years of living here.
Cons:
These are really nit-picky because overall this is a great building. 1. There seems to be bugs/flies that hang in the basement/laundry area. They are probably coming from outside, but can be annoying when trying to do laundry. 2. Inevitably, some neighbors are loud and seemingly don’t care about the people around them, but this does detract from the review. 3. I wish they accepted electronic payment for rent, it’s literally the only check I have to write.
