It’s a great location in a really old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like where the trash is located and the clean hallways. My mail feels safe and the safe entry is good.
Cons:
I don’t like how creaky the floors are, I don’t like how the windows need to be paid to replace some are falling out if you are not careful, I don’t like that they turned off the heating and it’s still cold around March.

Nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Reasonable rent and landlord. The super is great and very friendly. The location is also amazing.
Cons:
Old building so a lot of the stuff inside is older but not bad or unusable. Some nails sticking out of floor along wall because there used to be a rug.
