Great Value to live in the city
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good price if you want to live in the city and be in a walkable community
Neighbors were very quiet and friendly. The street is a lovely residential street close to a lot of convenient things. The beer garden down the street is barely noticeable because our unit faced the rear of the building. Paying using an online portal was very convenient, and the management was really responsive to most repair requests!
Cons:
Our unit was the basement apartment. When it rained heavily we would often get rainwater back flow into the shower tubs. If the super was instructed to, he was able to clean out the drains in the backyard and garbage alley, but it wasn’t a permanent fix. The heat was uncontrollable for this unit and would get extremely hot at times - over 85 degrees in the winter.
Advice to owner:
If they can somehow fix the heat and flooding problems this would be a great apartment! Our issues were mostly likely confined to just the basement unit.

Actually amazing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap rent for what you get. Easily could have charged me an extra 1k for the 2 bedroom.
Cons:
Water takes a second to heat up now and then. No laundry in building
