It Was a Great Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, close to subway, close to restaurants and DITMARS. Peter the landlord is a very nice guy, very responsible, very easy going. All you really have to do is talk to him.
Cons:
If you’re not good with outside noise, it may not be the best place. Its located in front of a beer garden which can get very noisy.
Advice to owner:
Nothing. Maybe fix some of the locks because they stick often?
